Residential Patrol Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I subscribe to the Residential Patrol Services?

    Simply go to the residential neighborhood patrol subscription page, locate your neighborhood and click the subscribe button. You will be taken to a secure PayPal page to process your transaction.

    Or you can click on the residential patrol services tab in our menu at the top of our website. Locate the Subscribe Now! button and you will be taken to the subscription page with the neighborhoods listed.

    If you do not have a PayPal account, or do not wish to make one, you can simply pay as a guest without registering.
    Please be sure to include your home & email address when filling out the online form so we are able input your contact information into our database.

    After signing up, you will receive an email confirmation stating that you are now a subscriber to our services.

  • What are my payment options?

    We use PayPal to process our payments. Not only is it safe and secure, but it also gives us the ability to keep track of our subscribers’ contact info and payments.

    If you don’t want to make a PayPal account, or don’t have one, don’t worry! You are able to make a payment as a guest without having to register with PayPal.
    Note: Please be sure to include your home & email address when filling out the online form so we are able input your contact information into our database.

    You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

  • What is included with the Residential Patrol Services?

  • At what time(s) do you patrol?

    Patrols are conducted at random 7 days a week.

    The hours we patrol are from 9:00 pm- 5:00 am & 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.

  • How do I contact the patrol agent regarding some suspicious activity?

    Once you have subscribed, you will receive a telephone number to our on-duty patrol agent you can call during our service hours.

    When calling please prepare to provide the following (if available):

    1. Location of where you calling from.
    2. Your Full Name
    3. Nature of issue/incident/complaint.
    4. Description and numbers of suspicious person/vehicle.
    5. Any weapons or drugs involved if known.
    6. Active disturbance or prior incident.
    7. Any relevance information for officer safety.
    8. Would you like a follow up phone call regarding your issue/incident/complaint and how late can we call you. If your phone number is blocked, please provide us with your phone number.
  • I’m having trouble with the Vacation Check Form, what do I do?

    We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing with our Vacation Check Form. But if you feel like your information has not gone through, or for some reason our form isn’t working please send us an email at main@tapspi.com. Please include the away and return date of your trip, and contact information and we will manually enter it into our database.
